“WHISPERING PINES COMMUNITY CHURCH” HAS LIFT OFF!!!!

Yesterday was a wonderful day. The service went great and we had 7 new family groups pay us a visit. We had a total of 60-65 people attend yesterday. Sorry I can’t give a more specific number. While yesterday was wondferful, it was a little hectic.

Our new Worship Arts Leader is one energetic young guy. I learned something valuable yesterday… No caffeine for that guy. I tried to match his energy and I almost hyperventilated. Josh and his wife Melissa are invaluable to this ministry. Both led the music at various points of the service and she also leads our children’s Sunday ministry “Kid Zone”. She was very busy, but did a great job with both.

We received one of the best compliments you can get after the service. One man told me afterwards, “I truly felt the Holy Spirit was in here this morning.” He appeared to be quite moved in saying this.

Thanks to everyone that has been journeying with us for the past few months. If you have prayed for this new work, given financially, or given us some of your time you have been a HUGE part of the church planting team.  

Please join us as we praise God for yesterday and for the days to come. One season is over and I honestly can’t wait to see what the next one holds for us.
